To become certified to ISO 27001, FHK Technology also went through a series of internal and external audits to ensure that its ISMS systems meet the requirements of the standard.
The ISO standards sit at the centre of how the business manages everything from employee onboarding, training, and development, how information is recorded, stored, and processed, to the risks involved with customer data or supplier information as well as controls, accesses, and security measures.

The decision to undertake the certification process was easy, as Founder Fiona Hudson-Kelly puts it “My team and I implemented ISO certification in my previous business, Smart Apprentices, and it allowed us to put in place lasting procedures and processes which enabled the business to flourish”
